I grew up in England, learning how to cook from an early age and spending summer holidays with my brother and sisters, foraging in my grandma’s veggie garden. My love of food led me to university where I studied food, nutrition and dietetics and my career over the past decade has enabled me to work for various organisations in the public and private sectors, as well as freelance.
A couple of years ago, we were offered a fantastic opportunity to move to Melbourne, Australia and we have been enjoying our little adventure ever since. We being, me, my husband Rob, our two sons, Laurence and Jonathan and two rather lazy cats, Peggy and Twiggy.
